Tiffany Chow

Tiffany is a postdoctoral research scholar at the Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab. She studies racial and gender inequality in STEM industries. Tiffany’s current research theorizes on Asian American racial identity, especially as it coincides with other salient identity characteristics such as gender, how they mitigate or confront racial discrimination, and how they define racial group membership within the high-tech industry. She was previously a Design Director in Austin, Texas.
