As Executive Assistant, Karen How provides infrastructure and project support to the Women's Leadership team and its Corporate Affiliates Program. She is also responsible for expense reporting and approvals.
She joined the Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab after five years as program coordinator at the United Nations Association Film Festival and Stanford’s Camera As Witness Program, overseeing the annual planning of a human rights documentary film festival and organizing year-round film screenings at Stanford and the local community. Karen was senior manager at KPMG’s economics consulting group before venturing into the non-profit space.
She received her BSc in International Economics from Georgetown University and MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
