Aruna Ranganathan is Associate Professor, Management of Organizations at Berkeley Haas School of Business. She received her Ph.D. from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research combines multiple methods to study how individuals identify with their work and make workplace decisions, and how organizations affect workplace and social inequality.
